MMA Grappling and Self Defense

Our MMA Grappling class features plenty of no-gi grappling, along with other close-range techniques that involve striking, fighting in the clinch, and takedowns.

Here we worked on some entries to single-leg takedown, plus sparring. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:15 pm we're practicing MMA techniques and practical self defense. The latter part of each class is generally sparring or open grappling.
