Many people feel nervous before trying their first martial arts class. This is normal!

This anxiety could be related to simply being new at something, and self-conscious. Or some people think they aren't in good enough shape, or they're too old.

At Fight Flow Academy, we have beginners starting every week, so we have a comfortable process for getting you into the flow of class while learning the fundamentals.

Most importantly, we train together in the spirit of friendship and respect. We are focused on learning, sharing knowledge, and building relationships with other students so that we have plenty of training partners at any time of the day.

If you're feeling intimidated, the best solution is to get yourself to your first class - and see your nervousness transformed into enthusiasm!
