We understand that planning and organizing your workouts and meals can be a daunting task, but with our Workout Planner and Meal Planner, we have made it easier for you to achieve your fitness goals. 

These planners are driven by ChatGPT, an AI large language model. You can enter your information into the form fields using regular language, and the AI will be able to interpret and provide results.


Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, our planners are designed to cater to all fitness levels and preferences.


While our Workout Planner is customized for our mixed martial arts community, it will provide excellent results for any set of fitness goals.


Our Meal Planner provides weekly meal plans and shopping lists according to your requirements, and includes a calorie calculator and a AI recipe feature to help you plan your meals according to your dietary preferences and fitness goals.

Meal Planning Feature Instructions

Welcome to our meal planning feature! This tool is designed to help you create a personalized meal plan and generate a shopping list based on your preferences. Follow these step-by-step instructions to get started:

  1. Enter Daily Calorie Requirement: Input your daily calorie goal in the "Daily Calorie Requirement" section. If you need to computer your calorie requirements, we have a Calorie Calculator for you below.

  2. Enter Dietary Preferences and Restrictions: This is where you can give specific instructions: for instance, you can specify "vegetarian", "gluten-free", "no mayonnaise", "keto" or any other preference. Just type any dietary preferences, food allergies, or restrictions you have in the provided text box.

  3. Select Dietary Goals: In the "Dietary Goals" section, choose the goals you want to achieve through your meal plan by checking the relevant checkboxes.  

  4. Choose Preferred Types of Cuisine: In the "Preferred Types of Cuisine" section, select the types of cuisine you enjoy by checking the corresponding checkboxes.

  5. Submit: Click the "Submit" button to generate your meal plan. Be patient as the AI needs some time to process your preferences! The meal plan will be displayed in the "Meal Plan" section.

  6. Generate Shopping List: Once you are satisfied with your meal plan, click the "Generate shopping list" button to create a shopping list based on the meals in your plan. The shopping list will be displayed in the "Shopping List" section.

  7. Need a recipe? Our Fight Flow Recipes feature below can provide the recipes for your meal plan. You can also ask it for substitute meals if you want something different from the plan, or just about any recipe you want!

That's it! You can now use your meal plan and shopping list to simplify your meal planning and grocery shopping experience. Enjoy your personalized meal plan and achieve your dietary goals!
